Birth Doula Services
Congratulations on this joyous time. Welcoming a child is exciting, especially if this is your first. Elizabeth will be there to help support and guide you with evidence-based information, ensuring you know all of your options so you can make the best choices for you and your baby. A prenatal visit will give you time to connect and form a relationship, explore all of your birthing options and develop a birth plan, discuss any fears or anxieties, learn about the stages of labor and how to cope with them, and practice comfort measures with your partner. During labor she will offer phone support until you request her to join you. From there, you will have in-person support through the Golden Hour after birth. Postpartum, she will visit you in your home to discuss your birth experience and offer any community resources you may need.
